I been dealing with a lot of hypoglyemic symptoms due to prolonged valium withdrawl and adrenal fatigue issues. Additionally my low testosterone + estrogen may be leaving me with poor blood sugar control.

I honestly cannot think straight most of the time, on and off anxiety,  bad reactions to many foods I eat especially fruits (hyperinsulin production causing lower BS rather than higher??),

What supplements, herbals, or common meds may help reliably increase my blood sugar or help modulate it?  It's not as simple for me as just eating a sugary food. I have horrendous reactions and feel so dreadfully tired, mentally I feel in a stupor, and sometimes strong anxiety manifests, cold body chill sensations after eating apples etc.  I really can't think properly and my memory/recall is usually so poor.  I also develop some very severe anger and irritability. One of the biggest issues I have is that it becomes very difficult to process information. Reading even becomes difficult at times. Lot of poor energy and fatigue as well. Blurry vision and slow info processing especially after any extended physical activity such as grocery shopping. I absolutely loathe doing so. I end up having to lay down for a while to recover. My mind slows down to such a crawl it feels like a slug.    An important factor to note is that on and off I have intense hunger sensations, even after having just eaten a full meal, usually this is worse if I eat anything with high sugar content. Just constantlyyyy unbearably hungry so often if I do.  And I keep developing this severe acidic belly burning sensations. Not sure what this relates to. I been having it more now when reducing my Vortioxetine. Maybe that relates to IBS rather than blood sugar. I am not certain. If it is IBS I would appreciate any advice on the matter. I been having those problems for many months.

Gabapentin helps to some degree but I don't know what else to take.  Makes me feel less in a stupor yet ironically it's a bit of a dumbening medication.

I take about 40mcg of Chromium these past few days. Is ALA worth it? Have some on me.  Magnesium has some rapid effects but very unreliably causes me to have better or worse cognition. It's very inconsistent. Sometimes improves my mood so much and lets me think at a more rapid pace but many other times leaves me so apathetic and even more anhedonic than usual possibly due to dopamine antagonism.

I need a way to regulate and balance my blood sugar most of all,  because sometimes my symptoms are very clear high blood sugar, other times low.

L-glutamine, niacinamide, frequent snacks (primarily protein), hypoglycemic diet (to prevent reactive hypoglycemia)

You could ingesting ketones (like KetoForce) and give your brain an alternate source of energy in addition to glucose.

I was diagnosed with reactive hypoglycemia (insulin sensitivity) after getting dysautonomia (POTS and related symptoms) following an apparent viral infection of my autonomic nervous system.

The only way that I found to avoid the hypoglycemia symptoms you mentioned was to eat as close to a ketogenic diet as possible -- and when I did eat carbohydrates, I made sure that they were low-glycemic-index foods. Glutens apparently provoke an elevated insulin response as well, so I avoid those especially. I have a much easier time with injera, for example -- no wheat, low GI, lower carbohydrates, and fermented. And as a general rule, if it tastes sweet, even if it's an artificial sweetener, I can't eat it.

Edit: The only fruit I eat are avocados. I would strongly advise you to avoid almost all fruit.

Ingesting the B vitamin nicotinic acid aka niacin will gently increase your blood sugar while also producing a nice vasodilatory effect.

Cannabis lowers blood sugar levels, which is probably bad for someone suffering from low blood-sugar in the 1st place..

According to many reports it can also level blood sugar, it can very on effect due to dosage/strain. There is truth to what your saying, but I believe it's dosage dependent on the effect good sir.
