I'm always looking into supplements to try to help me with my issues. one thing i thought of recently was maybe an underactive thyroid has something to do with it(lazy, lack motivation, anxiety prone, depression prone, etc), so yesterday it was l tyrosine that ended up on my receipt. Took a 500 mg cap , and it didn't do anything. No extra energy, mood lift, libido, brain power. Figured, eh, another miss, nothing new... but today i woke up 100% refreshed and full of energy after only 4.5 hours sleep. i don't ever wake up feeling good like that, never. and after only 4.5 hours? whoa. Libido was surging, i felt mentally sharp, was in overall rare form. Unfortunately i gave into my libido and ended up fapping twice which brought me down a bit, but the fact remains that i woke up feeling right, like i was 18 again(i'm 30 now). Has l tyrosine helped anyone else out? Then again, a lot of supplements seem to work when you first try them until they stop working 3 days later, but i have never woken up feeling as refreshed as i have today, so it's something to be noted.
