Please share any NSI-189 combos that is working for you!

Some good ideas are noopept, tianeptine, l-theanine, possibly uridine and others.

After some time with NSI-189 (except the many positives in mood) I started "overthinking" getting a little withdrawn from the present environment and at times I got anxiety.

The best combo (from the many) I tried so far is 40mg NSI-189 with 10mg noopept. This combo make me more present, lowers anxiety, and put me in a constant state of "flow" that everything feels OK and under control, concentrating at any task I have on hand, without the needless overanalysis I am used to...

I am mostly interested to hear experiences from people that try NSI-189 for depression, but please everyone share!

Yes... NSI goes well with Noopert. Tiny amounts of Modafinal can also diminish any sleepy reactions. I am trying dosing at different times of day with NSI. It also seems to work better if cycled. Maybe even taking it every other day, or two days off, one day on. Since we are on the front lines of trying this, there is no particular protocol yet.

It seems since taking NSI I have regained a sense of enjoying the moment again. I did not realize the extent to which I had lost that feeling. Music sounds amazing, I am noticing a lot of small things that seem interesting, or funny, or beautiful. It all sounds rather intangible, but very real. The implications for creativity in general are huge, not to mention quality of life.

Please keep sharing whatever you know, everyone out there in Longecity Land. You are the vanguard.

I'm on my 8th day of combining NSI with memantine.  Every time I started up NSI, after a few days it would make my existing tinnitus and anxiety way worse and I'd have to quit. This time around with the addition of memantine, it's stopped. This is great but I'm not 100% sure if the memantine is detracting from any possible NSI benefits. I have a slight increase in mood, and reduced anxiety so far, but it's still early I guess. I may eventually stop the memantine in the future and see what happens.

Ashwagandha is a good addition also for anxiety from NSI-189.

If anyone could recommend anything else I ll try it and give feedback.

Stillwater, I tried memantine alone before but gave me mild side-effects.

The addition of noopept is very good and make me feel more balanced, but "steals away" the mood boost from NSI-189 a little.

NSI-189 + piracitam + micro amounts of Modafinal + N Acetyl Semex nasal spray. For some, this might be too anxiety producing. But with diet (lean protein & veggies & brown rice) and excercise (yoga & hiking & swimming). This combo produces an amazing concentration of mental, physical energy and good mood. The addition of NSI has had a pronounced positive effect on memory, especially emotional, tactile and creative. WOW. Also, no energy crash, mood swings, or bad mood. No drug "high" which at this stage of my life, I no longer even like.

Well it is some time now that I am taking it...was reluctant earlier to provide more feedback as "placebo" was possible.

I didn't have a need for super powers, and mixed more or less randomly, but my guess is the best schedule would be:

First cycles - NSI only, 1 day - on - 1 day - break, NSI + whatever 1 on  - 2 break, NSI + whatever 1 on - 3 break, NSI + whatever 1 on - 4 break

(by whatever - means not anything "hard" like sunifram etc)

Then my regular schedule would be 1 on and 4-6 days off, because even if I take it few days straight I didn't notice much additional gain. Maybe you would.

Disclamer: I didn't test it a lot with sunifram/PRL/IDRA and didn't have a chance to check many many other drugs available on the market.

Hardcore version - I don't have a need for such a high power - tightly micro managed - combo.

Day 1 evening - NSI, 2hours, melatonine low dose, have a nice sleep

Day 2

morning - C60-00(now I usually "mega" dose around 10-15ml per few days), whatever dietary supplements and herbs

later on - coluracetam(will get you more happy, nothing special), green tea(!much more energy!), coffee(same but I get more anxiety), noopept, centrophenoxine(clean energy fore me, I really miss not having it as pills), unifram(work machine)

evening - optionally NSI; melatonine - for faster sleep

Day 3

morning - optionally coluracetam again, unifram, CoQ10 and like

later - centrophenoxine, green tea, coffee, noopept

evening - optionally melatonine - for faster sleep

Day 4-6

morning-mid - optionally centrophenoxine, green tea, coffee, noopept, CoQ10 and like

evening - optionally melatonine - for faster sleep

Have fun

P

how much do you typically take? I guess around 5-7mg sublingually?

has anyone tried taking it with lion's mane or cordyceps?

Yes, the amount is tiny to accurately measure it, it seems around there, but some may need more.

I can confirm that about 10mg is a good sublingual dose for NSI-189, it feels the same as 30-40mg oral. You really do not need to take any more than that. Also NSI seems to amplify the effects of dihexa dramatically, and I am cautious with my dosage when mixing these two. It is nice because I can take less than 10mg of both and feel 100%. I am expecting to achieve permanent improvements in memory capacity by combining these drugs.

Dihexa.... safe? What animal studies have there been and what happened to the animals long-term?

Skypp there have not been many studies done on Dihexa. I am basically trusting my intuition. So far the only negative thing I have experienced with dihexa was a bit of over-stimulation (almost like a sensory overload) caused by taking more than 10 mg in conjunction with NSI. I see no need to take any more than the minimum effective dose of dihexa, which I have found is somewhere around 5-10mg.

I have the exact same experience!

Do you know how stable Dihexa is? It gets warm here, and I do not have any clue about its stability.

Not really. I just keep some of mine in a dropper bottle mixed with DMSO, and the rest of the powder goes in the freezer. It is not a very large peptide so hopefully it should last?

Thanks. Gonna give it a go. I'm pretty sure the average ingediants in junk food are worse for you than small doses of Dihexa or NSI-189. Anyway, not seeing any evidence that lab animals were adversely affected. Also, read something about the woman who developed dihexa living to be 103 with all mental faculties intact and she supposedly took a lot of it. Going to research this a little more. Just anecdotal at this point.

Apparently these two combos looks interesting c60+Dihexa+NSI-189 or c60+Noopept+NSI

I think that c60 is important for protection. What other supplement do you believe that may be protective?

Doing TDCS sessions while doing one of these combos is another good idea.

I tripped on Ald-52 (an lsd analogue) yesterday while also on Nsi.

The acid felt more subdued on the onset and peak then usual, but there was a huge afterglow increase.

The feeling is still strong 24 hours after.

This could be a personal thing so i do not  recomend it, altough it should probably work well with microdosing.

(i also had trouble falling asleep)

How about with cerebrolysin? I am taking cerebrolysin right now and should have my NSI in about a week hopefully. Also where is the best place to get dihexa right now?

So far I have taken NSI-189 phosphate about 10 times in 50 mg dose oral. I have combined it with 3-Meo-PCP, with amphetamine sulphate and with LSD so far and in all those three combinations gave some quite profound positive effects, which I haven't noticed when used those drugs by themselves. WOW! It really obliterated my depression and brain fog and I feel NORMAL and with a perfectly fine functioning brain...haven't felt like that in a lot of time.
