The fellow says he has documents to prove how old he is. Apparently Guiness World Book of Records is investigating.

 

If I had to bet, I would say this is just another exaggeration, but it will be interesting to find out.

Haha, all sorts of old guys claim stuff in India... The source of the article is the fake-news site worldnewsdailyreport.com, which has a disclaimer buried on their site, identifying all their articles as fiction.
