How is the NeoCell brand of resveratrol?

I've never tried RSV before or grape seed, and went with 5 capsules of the NeoCell brand this morning with my coffee and a handful of macadamia nuts.  There seemed to be a little bit of dizziness, followed by some minor flushing (starting slightly in my ears, then slightly in my face, very reminiscent of taking a small 50mg dose of niacin or so), then some slight, but persistent nausea.  Nothing major, but I'm surprised I felt anything at all.

Is it the resveratrol that might have caused these effects?  The grape seed / GSE?  Quercetin flavonols?  Pomegranate extract?  Sulfites?  Or, possibly just a coincidence / "nocebo" effect?  I'm debating whether to scale back to 1 or 2 capsules (20-40mg resveratrol), or try it a few more times at 5x maybe at a different timing around food.

Does a 20mg dose still offer epigenetic benefits with SIRT or other gene expression?
