Anybody out there still get brain zaps even after weaning off of Cymbalta (duloxetine) or any other SNRI? If so, did you use any supplements that would help with this debilitating symptom? Any info would be much appreciated and would help make my life a little easier! Thanks in advance

Have you tried some tryptophan + collagen power?
Drink ginger & turmeric tea, they can help stabilize your serotonin.
Your gut flora secrete a fair amount of various neurotransmitters including serotonin and GABA, which hook up with the receptors in your gut.
Magnesium/potassium, B vitamins, probiotic, kefir
Complex carbs: eat your greens, spinach, etc
The ambien finally got me lol I gotta go. Hope something there can help.

I haven't tried anything yet. I didnt know that ginger/turmeric have anything to do with serotonin! Thank you for your suggestions I'll go out to the store tomorrow and pick up as many items as you listed as I can find.

For how long have you had them? They should disappear after a couple of weeks. Paracetamol helped me.
