I want to perfect my skin-care regimen... Can I see what others here have done successful or what they do throughout the day?

Depends largely on age. The younger you are the less you need to do.
The most important thing is avoiding UVA and UVB - so always wear a strong sunscreen. I prefer ones with mineral blockers such as Fallene Total Block.
Outside of that there's really only retin-a and CE Ferulic serums. I make my own serum and get the retin-a from a chemist. I also tend to apply MitoQ serum in the mornings as it can theoretically mitigate some infrared damage to skin which occurs. If skin is dry or it's winter I'll also apply a bit of emu oil.
I'd like to think my regimen is covering off on most bases for someone my age. Skin care, like everything else, is all about preventing damage in the first place. Without a doubt sunscreen plays the biggest role in that.
