Krill Oil vs. Fish Oil vs. Flax Oil: EPA, DHA, ALA

Krill oil is expensiver but more bioavailable. Someone needs to calculate whehter its cheaper at the bottom line.
ALA is not the same as DHA or EPA. Afaik the body converts only 5% of ALA to EPA
However its far easier for the body to convert DHA back to EPA and maybe ALA(?). So I would suggest to look out for high DHA content.
Btw: There is an Vegan alternative through Algae (Schizochytrium) derived DHA but ist expensiver. One of the Manfuacturers product is called Ovega 3 life.
