I placed an order with smartpowders.com in July, a rather large order that was over $150. Until this day, I do not have any product from them, and the money is still gone from my account. I have spent numerous hours attempting to contact them, and only received a response of
"I will check on this return and let you know something asap!"
---with no response back, of course, and conitnued ignoring of my emails, posts, and contact requests.
I will be filing charges with the Releigh police department and filing a charge back dispute claim with my credit card, as well as advising the internet about the scammers. There are better alternative; if you do not want to be scammed avoid smartpowders.
