I tried a search and the engine seemed to be stalled.
What sort of results are picamilon users having?

its cheap to acquire and its garbage. thats my personal experience with it. you can buy basic gaba sublingual tabs from anywhere that you can feel more than this stuff which actually needed me dosing quite high to even feel slightly.

Skip using the internal search engine and google "picamilon longecity" instead. You will get up all related threads, and you can click the small text "more results from www.longecity.org" to list all of them. Not that you can't use this thread now, but using google instead works really good.

Use this short-cut "picamilon site:longecity.org" works on many search engines not just google.

I'm curious about the pronunciation of `Picamilion'.... mostly it's where the accent goes; PICK a million or pee CAM iI on. As many posibilities as there are syllables, I've never hear it pronounced by anyone. Plus many americans, especially take pride in butchering words not from their culture. Going to see if the dictionary has it. I doubt it will.

Just checked....... "did you mean pygmalion". I'll take that as a no.

From my experience picamilon has a subtle but noticeable effect at higher dosages. I took 50-200mg everyday for three weeks for anxiety before tapering off. Upon cessation my anxiety returned worse than it was before taking picamilon. Possibly, down regulation of GABA receptors due to longterm usage, if cycled you’ll probably be fine. In higher dosages picamilon is stimulating, probably because of the niacin.
All in all, it’s not a bad supplement but i wouldn’t take it again. There are far better supplements that work much better for anxiety, relaxation, insomnia, etc. Ashwagandha, low dose rohdiola rosesa are just a few.
Also, I think Picamilon was recently banned in the US, might be wrong though.

Is it because there were no question marks, or are you as dyslexic as I am and answered a different post? I hope you will find pygmalion more useful. But I already know how to pronounce that word. OR are you shy about admitting you also have never heard the word spoken. I think I'll go with PeeCamalot never mind..........
