I am in for 20g.
I do have concerns, but we do not know when (if) another group buy will happen. So I will buy it and hold on to it for a bit.
Do you guys believe the complications associated with the drug are decreased with the smaller dose? Im talking things like hyperglycemia, Peripheral Artery Disease, and the sudden death associated with prolonged QT interval.
Any input would be helpful
Good to have you on board Roydeman
I do plan to do group buys every 1-3 months and plan to post that the buy stays open.
ie: those that want just post a commitment and once there are enough commits to start collecting funds I will do so.
Minimum collective order is 200 grams and the next buy should be cheaper as we will probably have trust in the supplier and forgo testing, but that will be up to everyone.
The side effects were said to be non existent at the smaller doses of 150-300 mg IIRC Roydeman, but a stack to counteract those effects is a good idea.
Pterostilbene would be on my list as a guard against hyperglycemia and Peripheral Artery Disease, plus a host of other benefits.

I'm sure others will recomend the other things I don't remember off the top of my head too.
Cinnamon etc.
I also recomend taking a potassium and magnesium supp 1st.
Like this one perhaps, but I don't know the supplier's reputation:

Perhaps have BHT on hand:
it will upregulate CYP3A4 which clears Nilotinib from the system faster.
So if anyone gets irregular pulse; taking BHT immediately is a good idea.

I'll PM you the details now.
