I haven't tried viagra because I'm afraid of it having unpleasant side effects. I have high blood pressure as well so it's probably not a good idea. The reason I wanted to get viagra was because I can't have intercourse properly with anyone. On average, I only get sufficiently horny enough to want intercourse once a week, and if I masturbate in between then it destroys my sex drive for days. I know this is all fairly normal for one with an existing low sex drive. Mine was probably brought on from depression and social anxiety. The problem is that when I do attempt intercourse (after abstaining masturbation for at least 5 days to build up enough desire) I lose my erection.
What are some immediate dietary or supplement suggestions to help boost libido and prevent losing erections?
As for the root causes of the problem: masturbation/porn, bad nutrition, depression, anxiety etc. These all take time to change habits and experiment for the best things that work. There's a lot of threads here that I'll be reading around.
Also it would be helpful if someone could tell me the link between ejaculation and losing energy/motivation for the next following days. I've had this since I was a teenager. A quick Google search revealed that a lot of men have it, but there are no substantive reasons for why, so I was hoping someone here could explain the science behind it, and why some guys are affected by it and other guys (who have the ability to ejaculate multiple times in a day) are not affected.
