Hi there,

 

I was wondering if anyone has any background / knowledge / experience of portable saunas like the Far Infared Sunlighten Dome Sauna. I don't live close to any saunas and I always find myself with a reduction of brain fog and increase in attention/focus after use.

No experience on the IR saunas, but if you have a backyard you can always make a temporary traditional one. The basic structure is just a tent with a stove and an elevated sitting platform, and can be made out of tarpaulin etc.
