I'm currently on selegiline 2.5 mg daily. Usually take ALCAR, L theanine and L tyrosine but not today.
I'm cooking bone broth and decided to clean out the fridge. Added a broken up leaf of aloe vera to the mix. Halfway through the cook I tasted it. About 30 minutes later I got a headache and disoriented feeling, with that "sinking feeling"/feeling of impending doom.
So I looked it up and apparently aloe vera is an MAO-B inhibitor, as is selegiline. I once mistakenly took 5HTP and felt similar.
Thoughts?
