It was noted that while some content contained detailed science, there was also more of a philosophical component to the 2015 talks than had been expected. This was another great event made possible with the support of LongeCity. We had several new speakers this time around and the points of view ranged from autodidact Jacob McGill explaining what he has learned about movement from disciplines ranging from Pilates to Aikido to scientist Ward Plunet taking us on an A-Z overview of modalities postulated to increase longevity.
