Due to a wrong delivery few days ago  i ended up with Tianeptine Sulphate instead of Sodium, which prompted me to

try it in attendance to the correct delivery . Actually i did had some short experimental phase with it a while ago , but when i had the opportunity to taste the Sodium i never looked back to Sulfate. So here i am trying it again..

My experience with the two substances (Sodium vs Sulfate) is wildly different, i don't have doubts on the quality, the two occasions on which i have tried Sulfate it was from different vendors

to a similar result, idem with the Sodium.

The effect i get from Tianeptine Sodium is the one i prefer by far, is it because it hits some opioid receptors, no idea,

but i affront my days with desire and level of concentration i usually lack. It did made my life better.

I have read quite a lot of testimonies on the subject and tried few different approaches,

also went trough a withdrawal once ,

something rather unexpected as i already had  stopped few times without any cold turkey symptoms.

When i started to check my history of consumption a pattern appeared, the withdrawal appeared once i started redosing in the afternoon , in the first couple of months i didn't take any after lunch.

if i kept on taking at the afternoon for more then two weeks , i start feeling the restless legs, cold hands ect..

But if i keep on half a day on, half a day of, not any of the upper mentioned

and i could stop without any suffering. So i went on taking two large doses in the morning and then off for the day.

My dosage despite being well above the "normal" stay consistant as it works on the same way and no need of upping has appeared.

The Tianeptine Sulfate has an entirely different effect on me.

Where the Sodium gives me energy and motivation , the Sulfate makes me sleepy, slightly irritable with

remarkable lack of energy.

I am a bit pissed as the Tianeptine Sulfate is presented as the "better" version of the Salt, but in my opinion

it is a very different animal altogether.

Its effects make me think of Seroplex (SSRI)which  i tried for two days on my shrink prescription before discounting it almost immediately as

it made me feel as a mindless zombie an hour after i took it.

There is only one study made on its subject and it doesnt seem to have any serious literature background,

i am a bit surprised by the fact that it is sold as "smoother" and "longer lasting" version of Tianeptine Sodium when in

fact the way some people including me are having a very diverse reaction to it comparing to the original product.

Did any of you have tried it and if how did you react on it?

I've tried Tianeptine Sulfate for months, and I barely noticed anything, even in higher doses. I took it in 40mg doses once a day. I also tried doses as high as 80mg and didn't feel a difference.

The sodium is great for a quick buzz in higher doses, but when using the standard 12.5 mg dose I don't feel anything either.

The thing to remember though is that the main benefits from Tianepetine won't necessary be felt. The purpose of Tianeptine is not for the short term opioid agonism.
