According to cronometer, I never seem to get enough choline in my diet. I usually hit around 41%, 228mg or so.

I was hoping that some soy lecithin would do the trick but I am unable to look up the choline content of soy lecithin. Can someone point me to it?

I'm a vegetarian so eggs are not an option for me.

Thanks.

I'm going to quote the bodybuilding website for you

choline in lecithin is found only in a chemical called phosphatidylcholine, and phosphatidylcholine makes up just 25 to 35 percent of lecithin. In turn, only about 12 percent of phosphatidylcholine is actually choline. 12 percent of 35 percent adds up to a paltry 4-percent choline content for lecithin.

I would advice to rather take your choline from eggs or supplements than from soy lecithin.

Thanks for the reply.

That's actually quite a bit of choline if that information is accurate.

4g of lecithin (1/2 tablespoon) ends up providing me with 168mg of choline which puts me up to 396mg a day on my regular diet.
