I have been using nootropics (piracetam and noopept, not at the same time) for a few years now on and off. I've had hyperhidrosis on my back, stomach,  thighs and forehead for around 3 years now. I think it started when i started using nootropics aswell.

I was wondering if the use of piracetam could've habilitated the hyperhidrosis. Im not an expert on how recepters work etc. but i've been prescribed oxybutynine which blocks the muscarinic receptors.

My other question is: what would happen if i chose to use piracetam (or noopept) when i also use oxybutynine
