Ok guys, so it's been a bit more than 10 days since I take every morning, Pramiracetam 600mg with Oil Fish (omega 3), realizing now effect truly build up in time. I also take Rhodiola Rosea, and since a few days, 1 day on and 1 day off for B vitamins complex.

I went to the doctor for checking on some problem, she looks in my throat and tells me I have acute rhinopharyngitis. I feel ok, no colds, no fevers, but I do have stuffed nosed and 'loaded' throat sensation. I did catch some cold or virus 1 month ago that lasted me like 4-5 days, felt very weak all of a sudden, but I thought I got well. I really do have energy, feel alright etc, except the 2 things I mentioned.
----------------

Anyway, she told me to take 1 pill every 6 hours of something that contains ibuprofen 200mg and also 30mg of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride.
Also, I have to take before bed time this: Xyzal (Levocetirizine dihydrochloride).

And also some nasal spray containing xylometazoline hydrochloride  and  dexpanatenol.

I do not know much about the MAO/MAOIS, but for example for pseudoephedrine hydrochloride on drugs.com site says Warnings Do not use if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric, or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug.

What do I do? Even if I stop taking pramiracetam and rhodiola, it is still in my system. This really sucks that I have to interrupt my stack it was going so well, only now these last days I can see that indeed one must be patient about true effects.

I'm really afraid of interactions of some kind. I assume I cannot take pramiracetam and rhodiola or just pramiracetam, and also take ibuprofen and pseudoephedrine...

Help?? Please.. my doctor is an asshole and I did not dared to ask this..
