Hi,

Which brands of dark chocolate contain more Flavonoids?

And do some products, lets say if they use 'caoco powder' instead of 'caoco liquor', does this mean less or more Flavonoids?

look here

http://www.chocolatnaturel.com/.

Chocolate is one of the best food ever when Flavonoids / Catechins are preserved. We have a 5% R&D budget on that and are already quite succesful in reaching a good level (180 mg per 100g - compared to 50mg in most dark chocolates).

The European community agreed to delivered an approved health certificate to Acticoa because of its 200mg of Flavonoids / Catechin per servng and its proven effects in 14 days on the elasticity on blood vessels.
