After doing a bit of research about dental plaque and different types of bacteria
i came up with the idea of using uv-c light to sterilise one's mouth and kill all dental plaque (bacteria)
every morning , as a way of protecting ones teeth.

What is UV-C?
Ultraviolet germicidal irradiation (UVGI) is a disinfection method that uses germicidal (UV) light at a short wavelength of 253.7nm, to kill microorganisms. It is effective in destroying the nucleic acids in these organisms so that their DNA is disrupted, causing them to split and preventing them from reproducing.
UV-C doesn't normally reach the earth, whereas longer range UV such as UV-A and UV-B does; these longer range UV frequencies can cause damage to humans through exposure and because they produce ozone which is damaging to health in quantity. UV-C does neither of these things, therefore, is perfectly harmless to anyone other than the germs!
UV-C is quite safe(it can cause skin burns (sunburn if intense enough.)
and intense UV light of all spectrums is used regularly in dentistry to set the dental glues
i am currently sourcing uv-c light emitting diodes (the real ones are not cheap)
with the end goal of making a small device placed in the mouth once a day (may be needed less )
