I am participating in the micelle quercetin trial mentioned here: http://www.longecity...g-20-available/
Why? Because it seems a though there is little chance of negative side effects, a tiny chance of some improvement in health metrics, and I am getting tired of people around here just reporting subjective experiences (reporting their placebo effects, essentially).
Before and after, I am going to get a blood test. So here is your challenge:
I don't want to spend "hundreds" on a full spectrum aging bio-markers test. What type of commercially available blood test is available that might show an effect specifically from quercetin? What marker might get tweaked by this trial?
