How in the world do ads like this still exist? (let alone have links show up on Yahoo)?

http://discoverymagl...iux/report.html

Not only does it give FALSE, LIBELOUS coverage about how

Robert Downey Jr, (" ,,, May Be Fired As Iron Man After He Admits ‘Genius Pill’ Gave Him Superhero IQ & Memory")

Tom Cruise ("...revealed in a recent interview that he USes Geniux To memorise lines and improvise on set.")

Roger Federer, ("Tennis Legend has Admitted To USing Geniux To Maintain high levels of focus and performance every day.")

Daniel Craig ("Actor's like Daniel Craig Geniux have admitted to using this incredible mind booster to help memorise lines and improvise on set.")

......... it does it all under a dummy webpage for the DISCOVERY channel magazine !

(I've seen similar ones for even Stephen Hawking! )

Can you imagine all the names on a Class Action Suit against this huckster? One would think some of these public people wouldn't want the public to think they owe their talents and success to some bogus pill.

One can only assume this all comes from Eastern Europe or Asia, and would be impossible to litigate. But the product, and it's delivery here, could surely be shut down (even it actually was a decent mix of ingredients)

BTW: just in case someone eventually DOES take this imposter ad down, (I've already sent the link to Discovery Channel) .... it's already archived here:

It gets worse, with fake Forbes articles using fake interviews with Elon Musk ans Stephen Hawking as users...

Amazing that they are getting away with this.

Edit : for some reason, the embedded link above bounces back to Longecity.. odd...

What is purportedly in this stuff? Looks like Bee Pollen is an ingredient... might raise histamine levels which are good for brain function... I'm thinking Royal Jelly increases output of GnRH which might have an effect like that... maybe these people are saying they use a particular Bee Pollen?
