hmmm... Sorry as I havent kept up with the thread but is this a bovine source?
Nope; this would be the real deal or no deal.
Thx for the replies, those that have. Keep em coming and I will revise the 105 grams estimate based on them.

Hi Logic, thanks for the message. I have been thinking whether I should have a pro-active "cleanup" with DNASE I. While doing some research on the topic I ran into this which maybe be relevant for those experiments done on test rats with diabetes. I have not checked what dosing levels they used but for those having diabetes it may be wise to be somewhat carefull or then research this more:
DNase I aggravates islet β-cell apoptosis in type 2 diabetes.

hey Logic, thanks for the heads up.
before showing my interest, I should ask this question,
Im not muslim muslim (I mean I am not Shea/Shia or Sunni or etc) but I am a Muslim; I believe in one omnipotent supreme being, all of its messengers/prophets and Books (yes all of them!);
due to my spiritual inspirations that I'm having since 2.5 years so far, I should be cautious with this.
does this manufacture produce (synthesis) DNase1 or they extract it from bovine/human brain?!
rather than that, I am in for 7 grams (depending on price of course, also I can only send PayPal);
Thanks again

From my experience in the Nilotinib group buys I am going to assume that around 70% = 15 people will join the buy.
That's 15 X 7 grams = 105 grams..?
I have sent an invite to the above list.
Plz post your interest and the amount of Dnase you would be interested in assuming a reasonable price so that I can get a quote.
uh! right!
so that's why I did receive two invites
you counted me twice, haha

at least worth to check if you have diabetes.

Ah valid concern Stefan. Thx for the heads up.
As I was approached to look for a legitimate supplier and will not be buying any for myself; I am not going to put the time into researching this, but I am sure others here will.
I will say that my 1st reaction was to wonder if said islet β-cells werent perhaps infected by some pathogen susceptible to Dnase..?
Perhaps its a good time to get a Tuberculosis shot!?

Hi guies,
Thanks Logic for the group buy.Dnase 1 is already used in patients with aystic fibrosis and has a god safety profile.Plus there were no side effects to the Alzhimers Patients.
Can we put the names of the people who are interested in a list and moe the thread forward ?

I'm still interested.

Bdellovibrio bacteria can break down biofilms too. Perhaps we could employ them to make the proteases we need.

Ok, maybe this has been discussed earlier and I missed it, but why TLR?
Weren't they exposed selling taurine as proprietary compounds at 300 times the price? https://www.reddit.c...esting_results/
Coming from a competitor, I guess it's to be taken with a grain of salt, but still, it's not reassuring. 3rd party testing?

Thats interesting. I think I'd be faking type 2 diabetes if I had Parkinsons or any of the other neuro diseases.I dont know if one could actually fake it but could probably acquire it with our ever so health American diets and a lot of Dr. Pepper.
I hope that all the people suffering dont have to wait 20 years for this.

Do we have any results that show that Exenatide helps with Alzheimer's? Particularly if it shows the dramatic rescue effect that the dnase I did in this one patient?
Where does the dnase I group buy stand? I'm interested. My father is very far down the Alzheimer's path and if anything is going to help him it's going to be a Hail Marry like this I'm afraid.

You could fake Type 2 without actually harming yourself by forcing it on yourself.
Eat before the fasting test. Manipulate the Dr. into doing the first test, even if you have to claim that it runs in your family. If they do an A1c test instead of a morning blood sugar draw, then my method would probably not work. A problem is, you might have to go through the progression of the first medicines to try. Blood sugar that was running around 96-99 on 6 month blood draws, was enough for an Endocrinologist to recommend to my Primary Doctor that I be put on Metformin.
The Primary would not dare challenge the Endocrinologist. This was based on family history. She point blank said that I would become Diabetic anyway, but she has been wrong for about 15 years so far.I had to essentially force the Primary Dr. to give the Endocrinology referral, by appealing their decision to deny a referral. Their reason did not stand up to review of a complaint I filed to a 3 Dr. review board. Fairly quickly, I was moved from 500 mg to 1000 mgs. Multiple Dr's since then have claimed that a 1000 mg dose of Metformin was HIGH! Not sure that they realized that it was easy to research.
Here is the thing. My experience with others care is that once one is put on Cholesterol or Blood sugar medicines, the are kept on them. Improving numbers are taken as evidence that the medications are working.

Did the DNASE-I group buy happen or fizzle?
I am still interested.

It fizzled.
But it may, maaaybe unfizzle.
I have a LOT of catching up to do before I even dare say more.

Please keep me informed Logic.
This is for my father. He's had a diagnosis of Alzheimer's for about 9 years now. I think some of the interventions that I have found here have actually slowed the progression of the disease (can't prove that of course, but 9 years is a long time with that diagnosis). His cognitive decline was noticeable but not debilitating until the last year. He really went off a cliff this last April. I'm now looking at "hail Mary" type interventions and this is at the top of my list.
I've emailed one of the authors of the paper referenced at the beginning of this thread (George Tetz) but haven't heard anything back. Does anyone know if he's treated other patients with Dnase I?
Thanks,

"Director of the Center for Neurodegenerative Science Patrik Brundin described the trial as a 'total game-changer' if the research holds up." [Critical "if"]
"It will be the first medication in history in Parkinson's that will change the course of the disease." [Brundin]
"A year into the study, patients in the placebo group had deteriorated about two or three points on the scale, which is a typical progression of the disease... However, patients who had received exenatide had remained entirely stable and their symptoms had not worsened at all. Even after the patients stopped using the drug for a 12-week period and it was out of their system, symptoms still hadn't worsened..."
A second study hoping to reproduce similar or better results "using a different compound that is more effective at treating diabetes" (liraglutide) is currently underway in Los Angeles, CA.

Some guys with Parkinsons and Alzheimers claim that photobiomodulation has worked for them.
See the device here: http://vielight.com/neuro-alpha-gamma/
It is rather pricey for the full headset but the nasal only option is cheaper.
Here is the article with the two Parkinsons dudes. One of them uses a homemade device and the other uses the expensive nasal device from the above link.

I found this for making your own nasal device although you're probably better off buying the real device if the price is an issue then this may work.
You might be able to skip the Arduino part and not have the 10Hz flashing but I'm not sure how much difference that would make.
