If you have riboflavin capsules, they have a nootropic efffect.  possibly 200 mg.

kind of amusingly I thought i read that snorting roboflavin caused even better nootropic effects. this is slightly findable at search engines as "snorting vitamin B2".

I snorted some, perhaps less than 40 milligrams of this B vitamin, and it was even more effective as a nootropic.  The thought is that more of it reaches the circulatory system when it skips digestion.

thus, those seeking light amusement with nootropic effects could snort riboflavin the B vitamin.

Ribose pops up all over the place in the de-novo making of NAD+ (and ATP) and its recycling.

I can't help wondering if riboflavin isn't the original source of this Ribose, but, after quite an extensive search, could find scant info on the ifs, wheres and hows of its splitting off from the flavin part of B2?

You might try some Niacin with your Riboflavin  as it's the other ingredient in NAD+ etc.

:)

I once went to a Migraine Therapy Clinic thing and they recommended two riboflavin capsules when you get an attack. Works for some people, works for me.

Snorting it, though? Makes me laugh  :-D

Why not just go sublingual instead. They make sublingual B2, B6, and lots of others. This bypasses possible issues with gut malabsorption and spares your nasal and sinus bodies from possible irritation or infection from the mystery additives and fillers that are no doubt in those pills you're insuffulating.

Be real men and inject directly into spinal fluid.

Just kidding...don't do that.

I've been taking my folic acid sublingually...does seem to be a noticeable effect as opposed to the not feeling much via the oral route.

I actually tried it yesterday night

Nothing very special at first;

But after smoking a cigarette an hour later, I felt a real boost in clarity of mind, recall and some kind of high-feeling like you get from weed.

I mean,  it was awesome!

although I am not 100% sure if it wasn't placebo...
