Hi all, I'm currently living in China (Chongqing) and am a little concerned about the amount of oil used in the meals here.
I don't know if anyone lives/lived in China (or eats chinese food often) but do you know the oil they use to cook most things in? How bad is it for you? I have a feeling it plays havoc with the skin and possibly not great for keeping the waistline down.
I'm curious if there's anything I can do to mitigate any potential harm besides eating entirely from home? Any supplementation to counteract it?
