Hey guys knowing from the 2015 study that "binding affinity of R-phenibut for the α2-δ subunit of the VDCC is 4 times higher than its affinity for the GABAB receptor" any of you guys know what could help upregulate or resensitize the voltage-dependent calcium channels?

here is the study for proof: http://www.ncbi.nlm....pubmed/26234470

I have been off phenibut since June 28th about. I never had withdrawals or anything crazy like that I just want to bring tolerance down. Im planning on using it again in september after 2 months off.

I also saw from a few threads that phenibut has some kind of PEA/ dopamine action going on anything I could take for that to help receover faster?

In the mean time Im using fasoracetam+theanine since I heard it helps with GABA-B. I also take agmatine as some threads showed that it helps with tolerance reduction and a few anectodal reports that descirbed how phenibut was potentiated with agmatine.
