I used to take racetams and other AMPAkines (piracetam, oxiracitam, sunifiram, etc etc) and the only one I found overtly stimulating was phenylpiracetam which felt on par to methylphenidate to me in terms of physical stimulation. At this point I'm trying to avoid anything PHYSICALLY stimulating including caffeine and I was wondering which, if any of the racetams aren't stimulating in this way. By physically stimulating I essentially mean a CNS stimulant, increased heart rate, vasoconstriction, all that jazz. I don't remember any of them other than phenylpiracetam being stimulating in this way but it wasn't something I was paying attention to at the time. I hear msot of the racetams described as stimulating but it seems to be more of a mental clarity/motivational context rather than a my heart was going 100+bpm thing. Can anyone clarify?
