Hello to all.

As we all know, adaptogens must grow in a specific environment which simulates the natural one. I have tried many of them but most of them simply don't produce the desirable effect. I am looking for best brands (with optimal growing environment&tactics) for three adaptogens of my choice: Rhodiola rosea, Panax ginseng and Cordyceps sinesis. It is desirable that they are in ferment/liquid form since shrooms aren't the most bioavailable.

a) For ginseng the choice is simple. Korean ginseng corporation, those 100g pure ginseng "creams" or Ilhwa liquid one.

b) Quality Rhodiola is hard to find. I am currently using 1st endurance Optygen HP, which has extract with 10percent of rosavins (beside eleuthero). People were given best results to Swedish herbal institute (Arctic root or ADAPT-232), they were supposedly used hand-picked herbs but I don't know what is happpening with that company. As for reviews, the best brand is Gaia herbs and its liquid extracts in caps.

c) The biggest problem is finding quality Cordyceps. Our Cordysen from NZ has high rankings, but this is again powder in caps and beside, I dont trust that little company. I prefer Tonicology, which is made by Chang Gung Biotechology, sector of private Taiwan university which also supplies some fungal researches. The problem is that this is quite expensive and don't really know how it is with customs. Do you have any other suggestions?

If someone has some experience...please share;)
