Since 2 weeks back, I started having increased pains in my multiple tendons (wrists, shoulder and ankles) all almost at the same time.
Things got worse few days back while lifting my usual weights at the gym.
I suspected new supplements I am decided to try three weeks ago: Nicotinamide Riboside and IP6 (Inositol).
After I stopped them, pains were gone in 2 days. I suspect IP6, but I am no expert in that.
Maybe IP6 is chelating important minerals to tendon health (zinc, copper, maybe even calcium, etc).
Other than these, I take other supps since quite a long time so I don't think they are related to this problem (omega 3, magnesium, D, C, ashwaganda, cissus, glucosamine) + pre-workout stuff.
Any idea ?
