Here's an interesting topic...
Androgenization is when women become more manly (manish?) particularly excessive growth of facial or body hair.
Apparently hormonal birth control is major cause of Androgenization. I'm wondering what else causes and or may treat this... I'm thinking that GMOs and factory farmed meat that mess with women's hormones are likely a major culprit.
There is drug called Diane-35 that increases estrogens
A Guardian article reports that
Secret report reveals 125 women suffered possibly life-threatening side-effects linked to Diane-35 or its generics
So there's good reasons not to use it.
What are some natural alternatives to something like Diane-35? Or lifestyle solutions? Would simply eating a lot of estrogen promoting foods have the same effect?
Walking down a busy city street of any major city (except for here in Kiev, Ukraine) you'll see A LOT of women who don't appear very womanly, which is unfortunate.
