Here's an interesting topic...

Androgenization is when women become more manly (manish?) particularly excessive growth of facial or body hair.

Apparently hormonal birth control is major cause of Androgenization. I'm wondering what else causes and or may treat this... I'm thinking that GMOs and factory farmed meat that mess with women's hormones are likely a major culprit.

There is drug called Diane-35 that increases estrogens

A Guardian article reports that

Secret report reveals 125 women suffered possibly life-threatening side-effects linked to Diane-35 or its generics

So there's good reasons not to use it.

What are some natural alternatives to something like Diane-35? Or lifestyle solutions? Would simply eating a lot of estrogen promoting foods have the same effect?

Walking down a busy city street of any major city (except for here in Kiev, Ukraine) you'll see A LOT of women who don't appear very womanly, which is unfortunate.

Progesterone since it regulates all hormones (and has no side effects).

I wouldn't pathologise either just because of your own personal preferences for appearances. I assure you that for every type of person that exists, there are other people that find those traits attractive. I am aware that there are a good amount of men out there who love androgynous and/or butch women and there are probably women out there who go crazy for sweaty chesticles on guys! ;) I'm straight and not into moobs but it takes all sorts and if that's your thing and its consensual, who am I to judge?

Ok progesterone. Is progesterone supplementation a viable option? Or is there some pro-progesterone foods?

There aren't pro-progesterone foods that I am aware of (well...it is made from pregnenolone which is made from cholesterol but I wouldn't feel comfortable stating that eating more fats alone translates in more progesterone production), certainly nutrition plays a role in hormonal status and should be addressed first as lifestyle is.

Likely estrogen mimicking substances like those found in plastics and pesticides as all endocrine disruptors do have a role too.

Progesterone is a very viable option if USP bio-identical and applied topically (cream, gel, lotion, oil).

This site offers quite a bit of practical information about progesterone:

Interesting topic from the scientific point of view, not from the relationship point of view.

Soft, silky, sexy feminine attributes in women is what gets me through my day.

It would be nightmarish if suddenly all women began this silly trend toward androgenization. or man-hood.

It seems more a western thing though and thankfully my growing preference for Asian women is in full effect now.
