Alternatives: Resveratrol and Turmeric has been proven to reduce or eliminate pain better than leading prescription medications. From a 2004 study

Curcumin is the active ingredient in and what gives Turmeric that awesome yellow color.
Wintergreen and or Lavender essential oils, combined with coconut oil, should be rubbed in near the site of the pain. If Medical Marijuana or Kratom are legal where you live they can be great options for pain management.
Aspirin and Aleve are also hard on the kidneys, so if you've used them a lot it's a good idea to tonify your kidneys with Schisandra Chinensis.
