Izan,

I’m assuming your sold out but can you share how you made vorinostat extremely bio available?

The discussions in here have faded away unfortunately.

Hi Izan, I sent you an email about 10 days ago, what a coincidence that you just wrote here.

I was asking you if you had managed to make vorinostat more bioavailable.

I got some V from a chinese vendor and I wanted to verify what it looks and tastes like:   very fine powder, like talcum, a bit off-white, no real taste, powdery mouthfeel.  Sound about right?

BTW, my package got opened by US customs and they opened up the packet, probably to take a sample.   They didn't do a good job sealing it and a little spilled out.

Hi mate,

Sorry for the delay. The answer to your question is yes and I have sent my findings to a highly reputable university for further research.

Hi,

The chemical name of Vorinostat is suberoylanilide hydroxamic acid. So its taste should be a bit acidic.

If you don't have it tested for purity and validity by an independent third party lab, it's most probably fake.

All the best mate.

I read this entire thread and still have a few questions.

What might a protocol look like for a session for reducing social anxiety and social inhibition?

Do you need actual exposure to the stimulus that is causing you problems or is simply imagining situations sufficient?

I already tried a 30mg tester dose a few days ago.   I noticed Strangelove (rest in peace) said 30mg was sufficient.  Others said up to 100mg was needed.   Is there any consensus on an optimal dose?

Tomorrow I'm going to try 50mg and try imagining difficult situations while nice and safe on my sofa.

My understanding is this takes about 45 minutes to kick in and lasts about 1.5 hours - is that correct?

I'm glad you are well!

I'm going through a complicated time. I wrote you an email to your email, are you still using that email address?

It is very interesting what you say about bioavailability as I did not get any results with vorinostat.

Hey there! Sorry for the long delay in getting back to you.

After reviewing numerous studies, we found that the cognitive-enhancing effects of suberoylanilide hydroxamic acid (Vorinostat) can be significantly amplified when combined with a methyl donor like acetyl-L-carnitine. Ideally, it should be in a liposomal powdered form since acetyl-L-carnitine alone has poor bioavailability. While this doesn’t necessarily make Vorinostat itself more bioavailable, it does enhance its cognitive benefits.

If you have more questions on Vorinostat you can reach me by DM.

Cheers!

I have used vorinostat 6-7 times now over that last 3 months. Here is my experience: it does do something, I did experience a reduction in fears and anxiety related to my anxiety problems on it. But both my anxiety problems are rooted in trauma, and I dont know if this progress will last over the long run. I.e. (more than 6 months). If I got to give a percentage, I would say the anxieties are maybe 50% eliminated at best but not more. I only started to notice any change after round 3 or round 4. All sessions were spaced a week or sometimes several weeks apart. Works for social anxiety the most.

I once even tried to face the trauma triggers directly on it, but that was too much, and vorinostat is not intense enough for it. I once tried with facing triggers with vorinostat + anxiolytic, but that was more harmful than beneficial. Lastly, I tried vorinostat with MDMA; this was an interesting experience. MDMA reduced my defenses down to the point where I was comfortable sitting down with my triggers for as long as I wanted, but the vorinostat killed the trip so to speak. I did not experience any positive emotion that usually accompanies a mdma experience. Maybe the vorinostat cancelled the mdma trip.

I will have to do mdma and vorinostat a couple more times to note down the effects, whether the benefits come in after round 3-4, or the benefits plateau/die down. It will just take me very long because I have to wait a long time between my mdma trips to protect my brain.

Is there any hdaci or similar properties compound that is stronger than vorinostat?
