I see these two ingredients together a lot. I have used a number of ginseng products in the past and other than feeling like I had a slight deeper presence while meditating, I didn't really notice much. People always say this product gives them energy. While I was trying different kinds, I got some royal jelly and ginseng that had a smaller dose of ginseng than most other products. I noticed that when I used one container I didn't really feel much, but if I used two I had improved mood. I figure this is because of the royal jelly because ginseng didn't really ever do this.

I saw some threads saying that royal jelly raises estrogen and then some posts saying that was wrong. There were posts saying it did a lot of other things. I tried it again today and after taking both jars I noticed a mood boost and a bit of energy.

I figure this means it's the royal jelly that has these effects, or they added some caffeine to the blend, or it's a mixture of ginseng and royal jelly. Taking ginseng by itself has never really had a response.

It's this brand. And yes, it's the same kind I've posted a few times that has a mention of no preservatives and then lists a preservative in the facts.

Some components of ginseng are indeed quite interesting, like Panaxatriol, for example.

Royal jelly doesn't seem to come out brilliantly from researches.

I would say ginseng is more likely to be responsible for what you do experience and dosage is key, panaxatriol seems to be effective at dosages around 2500mg which likely needs a really good quality ginseng extract in large amounts to be achieved.

The dose in the vial is like 500mg ginseng which is not much. It's not mentioned as being standardized so it probably isn't. I have used other containers and pills before at higher dosages and not felt anything. I've tried teas, one from Cheong Kwan Jang, and didn't experience anything. The difference is this has royal jelly and I notice something from it. I can't figure out another reason.
