I took GSE for two days and it gave me anemia symptoms. I felt like entire crap during this time. I ate iron rich foods but all the symptoms have no gone away. I feel like GSE is much more complex than I thought. Is there any other complications to GSE that you know of?

Are you sensitive to peanuts? Peanut skin extract is often sold as GSE.

NB  Lychee fruit extract, oligonol, is more potent source for proanthocyanidin oligomers than grape seed extract.

"It has been found that the low–molecular proanthocyanidin content of Oligonol is markedly higher than that of lychee fruit, grapeseed, and pine bark polyphenols, all of which are similarly rich in proanthocyanidins"

http://www.longecity...es-nad-in-mice/  Have a look at the Vitaflavan® GSE from Dynveo. It can raise NAD+ as an alternative to Niagen® nicotinamide riboside.  http://www.nature.co...icles/srep24977
