Hi there, about two months ago I received a concussion, I am still experiencing PCS (post concussion syndrome) and am looking for any solution to my problems. Yes I've gone to the doc and such, they gave me no recomendations, only said don't do anything. I come here for any help you can give me on my recovery. I have been taking it very easy, trying to relax and such, but I am coming into another semester at the uni and am looking for more than just relaxing, such as maybe some meditation techniques that should help and nootropics that might help.
