Hi there,

I m in my 20s.
I recently ordered pramiracetam 10g and adrafinil 1g. About 4 months ago i tried adrafinil for first time,

at that time i had unregular sleep schedules and had bad diet, sometimes i ate 1/1,5 meal a day( regular meal )

without bulletproof coffee. I took 333mg with bpcoffee every following day(3days) and i felt effect, i could retrieve words faster,

I spoke easier and my focus was better.

From that time i regulated my sleep and sleep deeper, I eat morelikely from bulletproof/paleo/keto diet + zero/little sugar.

Two days ago i wanted to sharpen my memory because of learning to exam and took 400mg of pramiracetam after breakfast,

i didn't notice any effect,(beside of Awfuuul bitter taste :D ), maybe but i think far-fetched reading was like without regression.

Yesterday i took 500mg, same effort. I drank coffee in morning and ate omlette(and poached egg previous day) for choline,

had 500ml cup of tea with lemon after ~4h and other meals later.

This morning i took adrafinil after bulletproof coffee but still not seeing much of a difference, gonna see how it goes later.

What could be a problem here?
Im thinking about reselling pramiracetam (~8g) and buying oxi or ani instead to see how it goes, what do you recommend?

Two things that come to mind are that it may be worth increasing carbohydrate consumption as an experiment. Try primarily 'safe starches' such as potatoes, oats, rice, etc, and then natural sugars from fruit, honey, etc. Also, have you experimented with any of the other 'Racetams? If not, definitely try Piracetam, Aniracetam, or Oxiracetam as anecdotally people do seem to respond better to some over others for reasons unclear.

I'd rather not increase carbohydrates because I usually feel tired or down after. Thanks for advice, I may try some other racetams when I get my hands on them

this is why it's not such bright idea to run an experiment for the first time before an important school or work task.

you can try carbs with  natural glucose regulators, i.e. apples, dates (which are actually known to reduce diabetic incidence).  if still a negative response, is suggestive of reactive hypoglycemia.  you can also try a diet high in monounsaturated and omega-3 fats, like a 50/30/20 macro split.

instead of the coffee and butter i would try tea and royal jelly.  you can save the butter for some ezekiel toast, or pass on it altogether.  the royal jelly is more potent and less gimmicky.  it causes nausea at much lower doses than MCT/butter, indicating a more potent induction of ATP and cAMP.  it's even sold in the stores as a "royal energizer" and so forth, but not many people buy it.  beekeepers and their wives are often rumored to have good health due to the high content of royal jelly and pollen within the "bottom of the barrel" of a honey harvest.

adrafinil is not as strong as modafinil, and i don't recommend either to be frank.  for a general energizing effect and metabolic boost just some ginkgo, ginseng and check your intake of some key minerals (Zn, Mg, Mn, Mo).

aniracetam made me tired, piracetam was hit or miss, haven't tried any others. but for you oxi may be worth a go
