How to remove the " Meetings?:no, don't contact me"

How do I remove the " Meetings?:no, don't contact me"  just below "Location:" as seen for example here on the left below my username in this post?

 

I tried with the Profile Settings but the system is not letting me choose nothing for Meetings.
