From Amazon's ingredient description of this: "...Insilico's computerized meta-analysis of thousands of published studies identified N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC), myricetin, a naturally occurring polyphenolic flavonoid found in berries, fruits, and herbs, the potent green tea polyphenol EGCG, and both tocopherol and tocotrienol forms of vitamin E as powerful "geroprotector" nutrients which can help protect the body from the effects of cellular senescence.1,2 Life Extension® then combined these unique ingredients into a single innovative formula...."

I know the folks from Insilico Medicine and appreciate their work. They developed an interesting (curated) data base which you might check out for geroprotectors compounds: "...The Geroprotectors.org database comprises more than 250 life-extension experiments in 11 wild-type model organisms (including M. musculus and C. elegans, among others). We gathered data about more than 200 chemicals promoting longevity, including compounds approved for human use. This database integrates information about lifespan-increasing experiments and related compounds, suppression of aging mechanisms, activation of longevity mechanisms and age-related diseases obtained from research papers and databases...."

Wrt the supplement LEF just announced (http://www.lifeexten...19/Ageless-Cell) it must be proprietary to the AI process the way in which they got to the dosage of the 4 nutrients. I just wonder what you think: many of us are likely already using separately the various compounds at similar doses. For myricetin we might get it also from our diet when containing a good amount of flavonoid and if you already take quercetin as senolytic the two are very similar in structure and possibly metabolism (one way to get myricetin is from quercetin):

Semwal DK, Semwal RB, Combrinck S, Viljoen A. Myricetin: A Dietary Molecule with Diverse Biological Activities. Nutrients. 2016;8(2):90.

Myricetin.PNG

"...The compound is sometimes referred to as hydroxyquercetin, resulting from its structural similarity to quercetin ..."

Hollman PC, Katan MB. Health effects and bioavailability of dietary flavonols. Free Radic Res. 1999;31 Suppl:S75-80.

"...The average intake of the flavonols quercetin, myricetin and kaempferol and the flavones luteolin and apigenin in the Netherlands was 23 mg/day..."
