Hi, I recently just got some Picamilon but it did not come with a scoop. Now I do have a 500 mg Phenibut scoop which is very small as some of you may know. While on a site I saw a scoop where one scoop was equal to 230 mg which equals 180 mg of Picamilon, the company only ships in it's country of South Africa though I think. So I could figure it out mathematically that way. However do different Phenibut products come in different densities like with different companies?
Picamilon is not dangerous, has no side effects, or hangovers so I could just experiment with doses and see how I feel. I would only be using a forth of my Phenibut scoop for Picamilon which is weird because it is so small, so does anyone have any advice on this? People usually take 50-150 mg 1-3 times per day.
