If this were available in the UK I would *probably* have used it for my own first cycle of Fasting Mimicking Diet. Instead I meticulously planned all my own food to comply with the calorie and macro limits and also be nutrient dense.

 

If Lifebox have any UK plans or would like a collaborator to make available a similar product in the UK I'd be most interested.
