So there is the guy from Foxo4dri.com taking 30 - 50mg at a time a few times a week and there is another guy named Steve that have apparently taken only 1 mg of this stuff and has seen positive changes:

"When I started adding the FOXO4-DRI in the past week I have noticed some definite changes. Weight loss, better sleep, more endurance and perhaps an improvement in lung function now well over 100% for the 3 measures, FVC, FEV and PEF, for a 63 yo. I know that the dose, a little less than 1 mg over 7 days, is a lot lower than the threshold dose indicated by the mouse model of .4 mg per kg of body weight for a human but I can’t reconcile my results with simply a placebo effect."

Its an expensive peptide it seems. We really don't know what the minimal effective dose is in human. Im not too sure how they came up with the mouse dose but it could very well be that the same results could have been had with much less than they were using.

I am thinking about taking 100mg over 10-20 days.  I need to buy more at a time to make this cost effective. Who is willing to spend around 700-1000 dollars on 100mg? I think its a small price to pay considering what it can potentially do for us.

I'm in. I tested 5mg, 150mcg a day and noticed positive effects. Tested a lot of others peptides and substances and this is very different. More energy, more fat (i have an immune dysfunction which makes me very skinny, also a muscle and nerve disorder). So no placebo for me :p

Dose was to low for more profound effects, but think it could work much better at higher dose.

Cool. Yea you seeing positive effects at this low dose makes me think relatively much larger doses are not required. Ok I am starting to find the right supplier for this. I hope we can get at least 10 people wanting to try.

I think 1-5mg a day would be a good dose.

I would suggest to contact the suppliers for the study. They gave me a quote 3.5k for 100mg, will be much cheaper if you buy 1 gram.

Also contacted chinese supplier, but was more expensive.

Maybe we should try running a cycle of 50 mg then.  If we get enough people the price might be only 300-400 dollars.  Do you think 95% purity is good enough?

50mg is a start, but think 100mg would be better for testing. >95% is good voor human use, 98-99% would be even expensiver en not nescessary.

About the  Foxo4dri.com. Guy reports "hair feeling thicker" on day 25. What does that even mean? Is there more hair? New hair dont grow in 25 days, no matter what miracle drug you are on. Also, what does he mean by "5 mins on treadmill etc"? He can run continuously for 5 mins? Sry for being negative, but that page just seems sketchy.

Why dont you ask him ? )

Hair is thickier is a common laymans term, I heard it even after shampoo change. ))

I would suspect something fishy if there would be a lot of benefits described, but they are few and scarce and thats feels more like reality.

i was wondering, if you dont inject this and have it in another manner, perhaps the side effects will be much limited while still regaining SOME if not all benefits? i keep reading about peptides being poorly oral absorption but there are other routes besides oral and IV, perhaps there are ways to take it and even limit the side effects because IV is definitely going to feel too strong.

Not sure how you are coming to the conclusion that it will feel too strong. There haven't been negative side effects reported yet.

Inject subcutaneous.

I do not know under what to put this. Hope you don't mind. Methylene blue shows promise reversing aging in human skin.

Is it possible to remove the blue. Is it possibly to use it on your skin without the blue? Any person with some idea of  of this stuff. Do you get it in different forms.

oh not sure about that. thats why it has the blue name for ages after all, it stains blue real bad. if you do remove the blue color you might as well screw some of its potency and elements at work there. interesting it might help rejuvenate skin, but the study you link is based on in vitro, completely useless.

I would be up for trying a very low dosage of this depending on the costs.  If we can get a group buy with high purity, I am up for it.  If we can get it low enough that an oral dosage with decent bioavailability is an option, that would be best.

We should have some kind of reporting system.  We should check our vitals, get a simple lab analysis, blood cell counts, blood pressure check, etc. and report the before and after.  (Also, before and after pictures of ourselves.)  So many positive or negative results are based on anecdotal reports.  It would be nice to have a baseline comparison.

Oral dosages ? Peptides are generally do not survive digestive tract. Exclusions are BPC-157 and probably very small ones like epitalone. It would be the most expensive protein meal in your lifetime ;)

Come on, subq injections dont even sting much. Millions of diabetics do it few times a day.

I try to avoid needles, but sure, I can handle it.  I know someone that can take care of the actual injection for me.  I would just be more concerned about getting the actual dosage correct.

needles arent the scary thing, its the unknown mechanisms of infection when you insert things directly into your bloodstream that are worrisome

In facts you don't want to perform an IV but a subq.

A little bit of detective work from Matthias F at https://www.fightagi...with-foxo4-dri/

His name is Darren Moore, he's 51.

http://foxo4dri.com/about/

The owner of Bucky Labs also has the Name Darren Moore.

https://www.pr-insid...of-r4027174.htm

And he makes the stuff himself. Does that make sense now?

Add Vit C/Ascorbic acid.
That turns it clear by reducing it and it's called Leuco MB.
IIRC is sold as Rember for Alz etc.

It will turn blue again if exposed to air/oxidised so you may have to apply C to the skin again after a while to avoid the Papa Smurf look! :)

Any stains or messes can also be magically cleaned with Vit C or Lemon Juice etc which normally impresses the shit out of the family!  :)

I have tried it in a skin cream concoction with good effect.

Very interesting Peptide BTW!
