Hi everybody, this is my 1st post!
I recently discovered nootropics and longecity while searching to optimise my mental ressources. At 1st, I only considered lifestyles changes:
Intermitent and 1 day fasting
Good sleep
Hiit cardio training
Meditation
Home made sauerkraut and prebiotic (onions) enriched healthy diet
And natural adaptogen plants and extracts:
Rhodiola
Panax ginseng
Bacopa
Ashwagandha
Ginko Biloba
Gotu kola
Now, im getting curious to try racetams and ALCAR, and a choline supp if need be. But what about their effects of the gut microbiota? I put a lot of effort to boost my digestion, eat tons of fruits, salads,sauerkraut and fermented nuts cheese. I wouldnt want to ruin that effort, of sacrifice my healthy gut for brain power.
I would greatly appreciate personal experiences or study links about the relation the of ALCAR/racetams and the digestion/gut flora/intestinal tract. Thanks for sharing!
