I was part of the second round group buy.  I still have this stuff sitting in my freezer.  It's obvious it won't be sold, and I certainly don't trust injecting it.  I assume it would just lose potency over time like most things, not necessarily become dangerous.  And even that not so much given it's been in the freezer.

Anyway, can anyone think of an experiment I can do that might yield some interesting results and long-shot for any benefits?  The obvious first thought was to apply to a large patch of skin combined maybe with hyalauron for absorption.    Skin is always the first thing I think  of for an easy and interesting intervention.  What would you guys do, aside from just tossing it out, if you were in my position?

Ditto, it's sitting in my freezer too. I just haven't had the time to look at all posts see what the consensus was. Would be great if it was confirmed no-side effects.

Well, I did my skin test with one vial (10mg) of the FOXO4-dri a few days ago.  Here is the information so far:

Targets (all on one hand):

     a. One scar

     b. 2-4 small age spots

Protocol:

     1. I re-injured the targets with a needle.  The same type diabetics use to pin prick for blood.

     2. I mixed one vial of FOXO4-dri with a standard hand lotion that I happened to have around

     3.  Waited about 3 hours before I washed my hands.  I would have liked longer, but I'm pretty anal about washing my hands for dinner lol. Anyway, it seemed quite well

          absorbed by that  time.

It's now been two full days and I'm waiting for the needle injury to heal.

My test is producing some results now.  I don't want to post before and after pics here, because for whatever reason this forum does not instill trust.  That's another conversation.  Let me give you the results as I understand them.

Using the protocol above, I focused in on the three largest age spots on my hand for the test.  If you were to google image "hand age-spots" you will see exactly what my before picture would look like, except there are just three noticeable ones, and not much more.

Anyway, the after test, while still ongoing has shown positive results.  It is still a light red from the tissue injury described above.  But at this point, I think I can safely say that it is healing and the former age spots look like they have gone away.  I could be wrong and may need to wait a few more days though.

Anyway, lets assume that my observations are correct and unbiased.  There's only one confounding variable I can think of, and that is the tissue injury itself.  It is well known that tissue injury is often the first step to regeneration.  In this case, I did it because I figured it was a necessary but insufficient condition for healing.  However, I suppose it's possible that tissue injury, like micro-needling, also clears age-spots.  I'm not a girl, so I wouldn't know.  It would see that if it did, we would know about it though.  Nevertheless, I will do a control and injure another spot if I can find one.

What do you guys think?  Are you able to comment and provide insights without pics?  I know it's difficult.  From what I understand, a large part of age spots are in fact senescent cells.  And skin has possibly the largest % of senescent cells in the body as we age.  So, IMHO, it's a pretty great way to do ongoing tests.  Obviously it's all proof-of-principle at this point.  Since Fisetin works on Fibroblasts, this may be another, much cheaper way to test.

Hello All.

Yust now there was a program on dutch  television:

https://www.maxvanda...0/POW_04322842/

and the last 5-10 minutes it was about the studies of Peter de Keizer, now working at UMC.

The good news they said there were 2 studies done in the US that showed no side effects for this approach!!

It was not clear but it looked like it was tested on humans???

More details I did not get out of this tv program.

Anyonbe has more information about these developments?

Heat Stroke and FOX-04-dri
My wife had a heat stroke which resulted in 13 days in hospital. In the Chicago heat wave half of those admitted to hospital died. She later had a second which has a much higher fatality rate. It was obvious she would soon die and she was working to find grace in her death when we got 50 mg of FOX04 from Buckylabs. I took a total of 23 mg in five injection at 30 minute intervals to see if it worked. There was a mild TFA irritation at each of the five injection points and nothing else other noticeable. I am almost 70 and healthy.  At two days I was certain of two significant health improvements. We injected her with 27 mg in 12 injection at 15 minute intervals.  After 12 hours she was in better shape than at any time in the previous 3 months. She continued to get better for 8 days.  Two weeks later she took 30 mg from Suaway. Again a very significant improvement.  We will keep going until the improvement slows.

It would have been better for her long term health to repair the cells that had been driven to senescence by oxidative stress during her heat strokes and within a few years that will probably be possible. But she would not have lived to see it. About 600 people per year die from heat stroke in America. She is now not likely to be among them.

Thanks for posting.

Could you say more about what specific health improvements you noticed?

Also, what was your rationale for the many small injections over a short period of time?

That's a wonderful story.  Good job with your quick and clear thinking which may have saved a life.

I don't think it's better to repair cells.  Lets keep in mind that clearance of senescent cells happens even at very young ages.  The difference is in the clearance, not in the fact that senescent cells arrive on the scene.  Clearing them is absolutely the right thing to do.  In fact it may even be the opposite.  Keeping quasi-dysfunctional cells around by quasi-rejuvenating them would be the worst strategy.  I do see what your saying though.  At some point, we should be able to fully rejuvenate cells.  But even then, we will need immune rejuvenation or coninue top clear senescent cells periodically.

For me, there were many small changes but two were very clear. Like most men my age, I have a bit of BPH. It suddenly became much less of a problem. Also I use an elliptical at the gym. My 20 minute workout calorie count increased by about 6 percent. I suspect this is from better lung performance.
