Hi,

Will taking supplements sublingually will have the same effects as ingesting it?

I want to know because some supps tend to give me upset stomach, like lithium orotate.

Will the effect still be the same or do i really need to ingest it?>

Some supplements have even better absorption sub-lingually than with digesting. Best example are Methylcobalamin or Zinc lozenges. Any other, if you can't find literature about, you'll have to simply try. Should work with most substances and the only difference is, that you'll probably have to reduce the dose.

I'm pretty sure it works at different degrees with water-solubles. Fat-suluble vitamins, which are very important too, are better absorbed with a fatty meals. So I guess wouldn't work that well sub-lingually.

For your conditions, have you ever tried self-made bone-broth? The kind simmering for the whole night?

I might suggest trying "liquid whole food multis" which just may be the best overall to avoid discomfort if taken with food. Something like "Irwin Naturals Living Green Multi Liquid-Gel for Men ( also avail for women)". For that one, and others, although they say take 3 caps, I think that's a bit much and would only take one, giving you a smaller dose, because you get many vitamins and other nutrients from your food, you likely don't need mega-doses of everything. Plus, it may decrease any reaction, if you are sensitive.

I am still drinking broth almost every day only not simmered all night, i just let some chicken parts simmer for a hour or two.

Is this possible with all bones and meats?

I mean, can i also make broth with only the meat or does it have to include bones?
