Hello Longecity. greetings from Denmark!
I would love some feedback on this very basic stack for general health and recovering from multiple years of daily cannabis use, non-stop munchies, and occasional use of other drugs that lead me to having a strange panic attack on cocaine about 5 month ago.
Ever since that "panic attack" i have been feeling odd, anxious, and i have been getting weird "waves of depression" in the evening. My sleep is also strange with very vivid dreams. I couldn't smoke weed afterwards as that would make it worse. After being off weed for 2 month i have a relapse and began smoking again, even though it made me slightly paranoid every time and didn't do much good for me. I found the strength to quit again and have now been off it for around 2 month. I think i have triggered some underlying anxiety and depression. Although i don't think neither supplements or medications will cure anything i figured it couldn't harm to try supplementing basic nutrients in appropriate doses
I am planning on including the following supplements:
1. Life extensions 2-per-day Multivitamin (I will only be eating one a day, so half the dosage)
2. Magnesium Glycinate - 200 mg morning, 200 mg evening.
3. Cod liver oil 800 mg - 1g once a day.
4. Additional 200 mg of Vitamin C.
5. Lithium Orotate 5 mg per day.
6. Magnesium B12 500 mcg once daily.
I do not see the LEF multivitamin containing K-vitamins, would there be any point in adding that? I am also considering adding some Zinc and calcium (calcium as i do not tolerate lactate and generally do not get much through diet) What dosages should i be looking at here?
Thank you for a great forum with some great information i hope you can help me out here. I hope its OK that i mention the brand of the multivitamin in this section.
Cheers
Andy
