86 grams at a dilution rate of .0325 G/ML .  Over 4 days with the maximum daily of 36G. Personally, I think 24 is a good limit on daily , felt a little fatigue after the 36G day. My single dosing has been at 12 per session at the mention dilution rate.
This shit is great now I can have real time improvements. I actually went even higher on the hardness scale hopefully I will break through a little faster now. On a scale of 1 to 10 of hardness and performance 10 being an 18 year old me with rock hard boners for very little reason and 1 being total dysfunction. I started at 2.5 meaning I would get just hard enough to penetrate but wouldn't last or finish ...I would rate myself at about 6. if I can finish at 8 or 9 I would not be complaining 1 bit.

Now that I feel like I have an adequate plan I will work on delivering the procedures involve in a more detail way with all equipment needed and sterilization methods. And I will also link videos on finding veins etc.
Talk to you all soon.

Since there is a huge psychogenic aspect of sexual arousal and erectile quality, I don't see how you can deduce that cyclodextrin has cured your ED by "cleaning out your arteries".

My strong suspicion is that your ED improved because you thought it would work. I bet you could have injected yourself with pure water and got the same ED improvement.

There's an old saying amongst MDs - "Placebos work and injectable placebos work best of all".

No... I was unresponsive to viagra and cialis taken in combo... but the primary reason was EQ (erectile quality) , It was like going back 20 years or so.

Couldn't disagree with you more.

Furthermore, something that just started happening in the last year prior to my starting this was my enlarged prostate it wasn't constant but started to happen at least once  every 5 weeks . I really wasn't even keeping track of it because it was random. About 4 months in I just remembered it and was amazed that it was no longer a issue at all...simply disappeared . Then the was the cold feet and cold hands no longer being an issue. In addition my night vision got better. Oh year my blood pressure was generally around the 130 mark now it's in the 120 range .

It's a lot to just put in the placebo effect bucket.

Finally I don't think you can placebo effect morning wood which I really haven't had consistently in years...It's welcomed but kind of annoying especially when I have to go.

Anyways if it's all my imagination , I have about 3 months of making things up before I am done with the course.

At the end of the day I am reaching my goals and anyone can do with they want with the information

Good Luck!

But didn't you report a near immediate improvement in your ED in a very short time after injecting yourself? Like minutes? Or am I misremembering?

Yes it was a direct injection to the dorsal vein...There was an almost immediate increase in hardness like it cleared something. However it wasn't complete, there was no morning wood and it still took me a long period to get erect.

I am approaching 2500 out of 4000 grams now , recently moved up another notch on hardness. I get hard thinking about sex which hasn't happened in YEARS and foreplay without direct contact also get me erect now.

The next few months will confirm or deny success ...  I figure by 3200 (really just a guess hopefully sooner IDK)  grams I should hopefully be able to wean myself off of viagra . I worry about the mental dependence.

Anyways moving forward , I try to give all the problems and success that I have had.

Just got test results from the Dr  total cholesterol is 180, Hemoglobin is normal.  Unfortunately I looked over my charts and she never tested me for cholesterol (Kind of a surprise since I am a 54 year old African American male ..wtf?)   Last time I remember the results for a cholesterol test was in my late 20's and it came in at 210. So really not much of a progress marker to be found. The other thing that might be of concern to people with diabetes is that I injected right before I went to the doctor and had elevated blood sugar which is no surprise considering what this is.

The Good
Since getting  dilution to a level tolerable for my body  I am observing real time improvement, nocturnal erections to the point of annoyance, getting semi erect with thoughts of sex (still not like those teenage ragers lol..maybe I will get there) I am currently about 1 day a way from 2600 grams delivered  230Gs delivered since 7/13/22.
The bad...
I have been trying to give the veins in my arms some healing time , my dumbass ignored the fact that the needle didn't flash and delivered 200 MG of solution in a subcutaneous/intramuscular injection accidentally. Huge mistake, it was like a vaxx shot on steroids. As I said before I keep quanities of 3 powerful antibiotics around to keep myself out of the ER because something like this could end up bad. After 2 days of painful walking it appears to be back to normal. I will def be more careful from here on out

No I had just started having irregular BPH symptoms and hadn't looked for a remedy.

Then I started the cyclodextrin treatment and haven't had any problem sense ....it just went away. I did a little research and it seems that circulation may have a role in BPH.

Abstract thinking on percentage of clearance.

Ok so according to the very limited study on human applications for atherosclerosis which I estimated at 10% per 360 grams delivered.  I am currently at 290 grams since 7/13 , the differences notices is increased hardness and for longer periods of time . Most of all I am able to achieve orgasm more , closing in on I would guess about 80%+ now which is a long way from 3 months ago at 40%.  Erection angle has increased as well.  With all that said I feel like personally that the rate of clearance is about ...7% per 360g.

The unknown in this calculation is the effect on macrophages which are the cholesterol cleaners that seem to perform great while we are young but become overwhelmed do to age , diet and lifestyle factors. Which leads me to question if a lower sustained cholesterol count frees them to aid the process.

There is so much study that needs to be done however the people that are "here for our health $$$" won't investigate.

Anyways ...as stated above I keep getting harder and lasting longer , orgasms are more frequent (don't know if I am capable of quickies because I don't like quickies)

Since my latest adjustment's I can tell you I am inspired to do more because now I can see my progress on a daily scale.

Just an update...at 360 grams since 7/13 and this has been one of the best periods ever. I had pee wood so hard and I tried to point it down like I have gotten accustomed to doing with my previously rare morning wood and it HURT!! I had to repostion myself to hit the bowl. I would say my hardess is actually in the 70-75 percent range (100% would be from my juvenile memories of having a erection that was at a 75 degree angle I think it's at about 55-60.
Now that I am not having the anemia the worst part about this is hitting veins 2 or 3 times a day.
I feel fantastic and everything is going super well.
My predictions of progress have been pretty close as I am approaching 70% finished of a projected 4000 delivered grams. I am just shy of 2800 grams.

My next prediction, will be having sex without viagra at 3200 grams delivered. We should find out next month

Side effects .. feels like anemia again. Woke up 8/6 Saturday with fatigue and a weak feeling in my legs, slight dizziness, and chills.  I wish I had a tester for hemoglobin . I am pretty confident it is a mild anemia because the symptoms are spot on.

Not even as close to bad as previously,  but after 20 days in a row with doses from 12-36G per day. I think I understand the washout period in the Cavadex study.  When I feel 100% I will resume. Pondering cutting back to a dilution closer to .025g per ml  I have been at .035ml .
It is much easier to tolerate than before but I would like to make it seamless for the rest of my treatment.
I will resume at the lesser concentration running it in periods 10 days with 2 doses totaling 20g with a 10 day rest period between a total of 20 days of treatment.
Just trying to fine tune this for anyone bold enough to try this.

Anyway today is 8/8 and I will see how long it takes to feel normal again. I can almost tell it won't be the ridiculous 3 to 6 weeks I have encountered before. Because of inadequate home testing.... I would have to drop about $600-800 for what I can only GUESS would be a decent hemoglobin meter I can only diagnos myself by symptoms. Frustrating not because I am worried since I have been here and recovered multiple times...I just like data.
Anyways I am guessing with this mild case iron tablets and exercise (yes lifting weights encourages you body to make new red blood cells) I should feel excellent again. The changes actually allowed treatment for 20 straight days by far my longest streak yet.. and I didn't start to display problems til about day 16-18.

This goes back to the mechanical nature of this substance , meaning it doesn't target arterial cholesterol plaque . It is a cholesterol sink and grabs it from everywhere.

Anyways I will be back shortly with an update on recovery time and resume shortly.

Take care everyone

Bph is mostly if not all hormonal: hgh, test, estrogen, dht, prolactin... People taking nandrolone report improvements.

Opposite view by actual other scientist.

I can tell you mine flat out went away. Not here to argue just presenting what I have experienced. I went from symptoms about every 6 weeks to none for about 5 months.

In other words since it is researcher against researcher I will take the view that they just don't really know.

However I will feel completely unbothered taking my experience...and since we don't have any in depth studies on what is going on IT IS MY TRUTH!!

Hey Guys ,

it's been 6 days and I feel 90% recovered. Still a little fatigued ..a little . Had a fantastic session but feel like if I was 100 I would have been a bit harder.

The anemia or whatever feels ....like just a toxic feeling . No where specific .  The weakness, sweating easy , chills.  In my past more severe cases I had elevated heart rates. Pretty sure it's anemia.

Anyways gonna enjoy some days off.

I do believe that 10 days on and 10 days off at a slightly lower dilution will be perfect go get through this.

So when I return the plan will be 11g per 400ml of saline solution  that comes in at .0275

Grooovin1: have you had a calcium score or an carotid artery ultrasound previously? Or any chest CT scan?

It could be a good idea to do another if so, to compare, or get one now if not.

That way you can know what's really going on more.

No I wasn't manifesting severe enough problems to warrant that test.

I was a the PAD stage of atherosclerosis and those test are pricey.

Anyways , I did have ED that was not responding to doses of Viagra 100mg and Cialas 20 mg.  Along with some other things I mentioned in this blog.

Now I have erectile quality as good...really better than it was 24 years ago at 30.

Researchers and various studies have called ED the canary in the coal mine for heart disease. My canary is doing well.

08/17

So took 8 days for me to feel fully recovered I was feeling decent at day 6 but somehow I was a little dehydrated which was super easy to fix.. Performance is awesome, one thing that does seem to be lacking is the speed of erections, takes a while for me to get fully erect. Once I am though no issues, no worries just enjoying the session.
Hopefully with this lower dilution and a planned 10day on 10 day off regimen I can end these bouts of suspected anemia. If I do feel the symptoms again I will see if I can somehow get a blood test from my Dr. I really hate guessing, but testing for different things is not exactly at my finger  tips and the tech is a little out of my price range for the 3 months I have planned to be finished.
Gonna enjoy the rest of the week before my next 10 day 200g segment.

Back in action.
I took a little more time off to deal with non treatment related dehydration. Getting dehydrated has been a problem since my 20's seems I have a defective thirst mechanism lol. I had been doing a lot of outdoors stuff til one day I got super dizzy and got smart and started chugging  ...really have to be more careful in these hot months.
Anyways this is kind of a moment of truth month I am planning to push to 3200 gs total with this next 400 g planned over the next few weeks. Things have been awesome the question is.... can I get off the pills altogether.
Stay tuned.
I weary to put this in writing...but I swear my hair is growing quicker. I don't know I have a picture of my receding hair line from a year ago... I will see if the pattern has changed.
The new protocol is 11 grams in 400ml of saline solution 1 or 2 times a day. ...it takes about 30 minutes to deliver and I make sure to get an erection to have the magic molecules go in that direction. So that is easily 1.5 hours out of a day.
I love the results, however the new year without doing this and being fully functional will be amazing.

I became interested in this thread because my total cholesterol numbers have been high for over a decade and my physican prescribed a statin drug, which I have yet to take. I have been an athlete, marathons, triathlons, etc and extremely fit my entire adult life, I'm now 70, and never gave atherosclerosis a second thought.  I recently had a calcium score CT scan of my heart and received a score of 2 which is low on the scale as I understand it. I am seeking advice, should I continue to ignore my physician or take the statin drug and be concerned about my high total cholesterol numbers? Thanks

I would read up on the side effects and effectiveness of the statins. I think we are in an era where doctors provide pills to mask symptoms of things that can be dealt with in other ways. You seemed disciplined and could probably find other ways to reduce your cholesterol.

I am using cyclodextrin because of a really bad lifestyle in my late 20's and  30's . I have taken 3200grams interveinoulsy over the last 8 months. I am documenting here because there is not to many studies on it for this purpose that people can use as a guide to treat themselves, so hopefully helping some more adventurous people with dosing etc.

I will tell you this is not an easy plan but it's been very successful .

Good luck with your decisions.

I

I am a new member. In May 2021, I had very very slight chest pain. Did a CAC with a score of 2211. I am 80 years old. Mostly a vegetarian but ate too much oil laden almond butter, processed foods like veggie burgers, Salad dressing like Paul Newman with high fat content, many kinds of nuts and avocados. Athletic all my life. Tennis, basketball, biking, swimming....not one illness acute or chronic except for high calcification in the left circumflex, right coronary and left main coronary. I currently swim 40 laps a day and do pullups and pushups with no problem. The high CAC score scared the daylights out of me. So I did my research...Dr. Esselstyn, Ornish, Caldwell and for 8 months a strict diet with only 10% of my calories being from oil and fat. Never did an angiogram. Lots of beans and rice, sprouts and salads. After 8 months I added 700 mcg of Vit K7, magnesium, Neprinol, chanca piedra and collinsonia root to dissolve calcium, juice from whole lemons, garlic, Endocalyx Pro ( improves endothelium), vitamin C, Beet juice powder etc. Then I came upon Placquex and Cavadex. Did 6 IV's with Placquex and 2 IV's with Cavadex and also the Cavadex rectal supplements...currently bringing my total to about 46 grams of Cavadex. The Cavadex really excites me and the fact that a firm in Gainesville Fl called Cyclo Therapeutics (CYTH) on the stock exchange, is on phase 3 trial fast track approval by the FDA for Niemen Pick disease patients and stage 2 trial for Alzheimers. This tells me that hydropropyl beta cyclodextrin may work for both crystalized cholesterol calcification as found in the heart vessels as well as regular calcification in the brain. I am interested in what others on this forum have done with Cavadex and whether they have done additional CAC scans and/or angiograms to see improvement

mhillgizmo with a CAC score of 2 it sounds like you have a clean bill of health with your arteries ...almost no calcification. Apparently even though your cholesterol is high, I would think your doctor who prescribes statins for  a problem that doesn't exist...is off the wall. Statins can create their own host of problems with the liver and elsewhere.

My experience is that I have taken 2800+ grams by IV over 8 months . Unfortunately/Fortunately besides ED I was only having beginning  symptoms of serious CV health, namely a Reynauds type issue , BPH https://pubmed.ncbi....h.gov/16879445/ . So not a lot of formal testing at all since the cost would have probably problematic since I would be ordering the test without a Drs order.

Loving it though no more cold tingle hands in feet in the morning, a great improvement in sexual function and the bonus of having my BPH disappear and regain clear night vision.

Loving it ... I have dealt with some side effects but not stopping til I hit 4000 grams if I can help it.

Good luck to you!!

Interesting read... I just wonder effect cause . Meaning could the normal hardening of the arteries effect the hormonal systems . It's kind of a chicken/egg scenario.

Does testosterone cause atherosclerosis?

These data suggest that serum testosterone levels in the range that is mid-normal for healthy young men are consistent with an optimal cardiovascular risk profile at any age, and that testosterone concentrations either above or below the physiologic male range may increase the risk of atherosclerotic heart disease.

The hypothalamus is located in the brain. It produces hormones that control the other structures in the endocrine system, including the pituitary gland. The amount of these regulating hormones stays about the same, but the response by the endocrine organs can change as we age.

So it seems that the master controller of our hormones produces a consistent hormone signal , however the network stops responding as strongly.

I guess my point is ...is that all these organs that have hormonal secretions are also effected by blood flow.  We get told that it's "aging" which is so vague. Which part of aging is it... I keep seeing a tie in to circulation.

So I have found a partner in crime..
He is vegan and having some of the same side effects as me ... low energy and a feeling of toxicity. However he is dosing less than me.

We were discussing this and my take is that because he is a vegan...he has less available cholestorol so this being a mechanical substance ...it digs deeper to do it's one job.
Perhaps he is losing more blood cells or adversely affecting them because of his doses and his lower overall cholesterol.

Super interesting conversation...

My thoughts, we don't have NPC our bodies try to deal with cholesterol. However if we go to heavy we start to affect cellular function.

They really need more studies but ... they aren't having them at all.

I figure this will gain momentum and we will group solve this.

Grooovin....I doubt testosterone levels are a cause of atherosclerosis. I believe that just removing the calcification on arteries through modalities like Placquex and Cavadex are not enough. Why? It is all about the endothelium which line the 60,000 blood vessels that make up our circulatory system. The endothelium must be fed with the proper nutrition. The endothelium are responsible for dilation. Every time we move our muscles the endothelium expand to allow for the easier passage of red blood cells. Attached to the endothelium are hair like structures called the glycocalyx which prevent leukocytes from adhering to the vessel wall. Once they degrade either from enzymes, viruses, bacteria etc....inflammation occurs and the body initiates a healing reaction by lining it with calcification. And taking statins to reduce cholesterol does not address the inflammation problem. I suggest you view the video: "Increased Leukocyte adhesions after enzyme degradation.... https://microvascula...ocalyx-science/

I really don't know. The different opinions means that our current science isn't clear either.

Could read the link as they wanted me to buy a book.

From what I have read the macrophages start to become overwhelmed at some point and add to the process.. I guess that is diet related though.

I have done 42 Cavadex suppositories (RemChol)  a day and 4 IV's when I wasn't taking the suppositories.  Did a blood test last week and the results looked good.... but of concern was the WBC reading. It has never been below 5 but this time it was 2.8. It's possible that taking RemChol twice 2 days before the blood test influenced the results. I am taking a break for 9 days and will do another blood test to see if my WBC count went up. I have had no colds or other event that could have resulted in the low WBC reading.

BREAKTHROUGH...I think .

So myself and my friend have been going through some kind of symptoms that we hadn't been able to put our fingers on from the extended treatment. Fatigue, lack of sexual perfomance and overall not feeling great after days of treatment.

So me being the nerd I am have been quietly in the background trying to figure out why the NPC kids can take such high doses and non of this has been reported with them.

I was 5 days ago year old when I learned that normal saline solutions PH is 4-5.5 and your bloodstream is 7-7.4  ... So while getting a few IV's is no big deal if you are healthy getting IV's days at a time can lead to acidosis.

I think this explains the problems, I have switched to Lactose Ringers solution which is PH buffered . This is day 4 and I feel absolutely normal. No side effects.
I ordered Lactose ringers at a really high price , now I have to figure out how to make my own buffered Ringers.
I have scoured the internet and can find a regular Ringers formula but have found a Lactate Ringer formula with a thorough explanation of how to make it and there seems to be an order in which ingredients need to be added.

At this point I think things will accelerate quickly , I mean I don't feel off a bit and have taken 102 grams the last 8 days.

Glad to hear it is having a positive effect, Keep us updated on the white blood cell count. My blood work was completely normal besides some high blood sugar ( I took a dose right before my appointment because I figured if there were any irregularities they would be super obvious. So since I am injecting a sugary substance I am not concerned about that number).
