Due to my curious nature I am have been trying to figure out why a local injection works better. Ran across this.

:text=Lipoproteins%20play%20a%20key%20role,role%20in%20reverse%20cholesterol%20transport' class='bbc_url' title='External link' rel='nofollow external'>https://www.ncbi.nlm...terol transport.

Maybe...the site injections robs the area of cholesterol which is necessary for cell function and it activates the transport mechanism which grabs the nearest cholesterol to replace the depleted area????

Interesting stuff.

I am beginning to belive this is why the local approach works.
https://www.pnas.org.../pnas.231377398

So basically I am depleting the penis of cholesterol which activates transport and most likely grabs the nearest available cholesterol to replenish the depleted cells AHHH!

Dosing

The application of this new modality on my own has had ups and downs. First of all the high doses after a period of about 3 months definitley led to lower eGFR (kidney function scores) . After a year of high doses it seems they are pretty sensitive to the process. My last test 2 days ago revealed a GFR of 63 . Looking over my charts I have been here before. According to my records I do believe that I took a month an a half off and the shot back up to 83 so not really worried, however gonna take 2 weeks off, go in for testing and then proceed.
I will now be doing doses of only 3.5 grams as from what I am understanding  that is the closest dose that you can have that minimally affects kidney function. So that formula would be .045g/kg.
When I resume I will give you all updates of the effects.
That being said even at 7g doses the effects on the kidneys particulary NO production is far less severe than when I was doing 12 and 25 per dose. I know this stuff works , and my sexual performance is absolutely unrecognizable from when I started this journey.

Good Luck to you all.

Thanks Groovin for the progress report:

I was on Cavadex for an extended period of time. Perhaps 3 months of rectal supplementation. Prior to that it was off and on. I noticed my feet started to swell up, possibly as a result of doing it too long reflecting kidney function. I am now on a break and will continue again in a few weeks. The swelling went down within a day or two after I stopped the Cavadex. My last GFR was 79.

A second well known cardiologist aside from Dr. Roberts, .... Dr. Kahn has reported good results with his patients and recommends Cavadex. Dr. Roberts at the heartfixer.com website displayed intima carotid readings using ultra sound that showed excellent results amongst his patients and definitive receding of placque.

I am on my 6th month of the Nanobactx program for placque reduction. I have a lot of faith in Dr. Mezo and his research. After the 8th month I will do a CAC score to see if my high 2400 reading has gone down.

Where is everyone..???.what happened to the moderators for this topic. If only two of us post (mostly), I am out of here next time renewal comes up. Imformatlon should be a two way street.

Well I will see what mine is in a few weeks since I was prescibed a medicine that could effect liver performance. I expect it to be higher than 63 if history is an indicator.

Yes, with long term usage it seems to be a bit of an issue.

Hi guys just checking in

Victory please don't stop posting there are others who are reading this thread who can use the advice of others......I like your link to the DR in Ohio seems like they are at least trying... My Dr is a moron and should have been a plumber

Thanks for replying to my last post I have change my diet and only eat red meat once a week and eat so much chicken I think I am growing wings.

Lost 17 pounds I'm at 153.

Red wine keeps the inflammation down beer makes it worse.

Basically I have been on the Nato Sara (serrapeptase) ban wagon since CD gave me inflammation.... So did EDTA by the way

The antibiotic resistant bacteria that was eating my lungs that put me in the hospital last year caused more damage than I first thought...it also ate some of my muscle  Heart, bicep legs basically everything. So for most of this year its been light exercise and a lean diet taking 10 vitamins a day.

I did read all of this thread again and was glad to see two people here who were taking CD and getting blood test.

Contrary to what some others have posted it looks to me that both methods have some promise

Victory Cal score only went up a little and Grooving needs to stay away from my sweetheart but is feeling better.

Grooving said he can now go 25 Min having sex? The last time I did that Bill Clinton was the President

Hope others try CD so we can learn more but this website has been blacklisted by Google for talking about Ivermectin. Thanks Google.

I might try another run of CD since Nato Sera has not made much difference but has helped.

Take care guys

Google is an evil company. Yes, they blacklist this site, not only because of Ivermectin discussions, but from most of the bio-hacking discussions. According to the stupid warning emails they send us, they also blacklist because men come here to talk about their sexual health. According to recent news, Google will start blacklisting any sites that discuss anything that is not in concert with official narratives from the CDC, UN, WHO.

That being said, thanks to everyone for continuing to provide cutting-edge health and rejuvenation information, including this thread. Keep it up. Screw Google.

Progress report

This morning I had sex without taking an ED pill, normally I would excuse myself to the bathroom and dose. I didn't need to .

This is the first time having sex without a pill in 25 years!!!!

This is the real deal. The localized injection with a cockring an tourniquet must create a depletion which leads the body to transport cholesterol from other areas. This is what I am thinking.

Hopefully my time posting here will be short.

As usual Good Luck to Everyone.

Hey guys , was hoping to be telling you that my ED is completely cured by now.

My background story is that I was a total crackhead in the 90's and it ruined my dick pretty much. I was also homeless at the time an got toenail fungus. Basically I have been trying to fix both those problems and have been using essential oil/shea butter creams fo my feet which has been working for the most part. As anyone who has toenail fungus it's really hard to cure so I asked my Dr for diflucan an oral antifungal that I know I can tolerate and was weary of terbinafine (Lamisil 7 I think is the name brand) . My worry stemmed from my last 2 Dr's flat out refusing to prescibe it to me. Well my genius Dr talked me into saying it was more effective. THAT SHIT TOOK ME DOWN BAD!!! Only 10 days in an my body went crazy ..appetite, slight jaundice, fatigue etc. I am recovered for the most part and the pills are in the garbage. Turns out I am that 1 in 10,000 (lol I feel so lucky) .

Anyways I will be resuming treatment after I make sure my kidneys and liver are intact.

This just tells me that cyclodextrin injections seem a better option than the pills that they sling at us.

Good Luck to everyone as usual.

Medfive.com

From Cardiologist Dr. Roberts who also likes Cavadex which can be used in conjunction with this program. Please do your own research.

EDTA (Ethylenediamine tetra-acetic acid) is a synthetic amino acid which binds tightly to Lead, Cadmium, and many other toxic heavy metals. Pharmacologic EDTA, administered intravenously, was approved by the FDA over 50 years ago for the treatment of heavy metal overload states. Oral EDTA is considered to be GRAS (generally recognized as safe) and is widely used as an additive in food products and nutritional supplements. EDTA has been used for nearly a century to prevent the plaque or calcium build-up that causes staining and other problems in the materials industry (a similar deposition of unwanted calcification occurs in the mouth and in our arteries and is also referred to as plaque). Oral EDTA is included in both the Clean Life Mouth Rinse and Defend Life components of the Med Five. EDTA is discussed in more detail in the medical topics section – click on EDTA.

Vitamin C - Dr. Linus Pauling, "The Father of Vitamin C", was twice awarded the Nobel Prize, thus we included Vitamin C in both the Clean Life and Defend Life components. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant, capable of disarming free radicals before they can attack our cells. Vitamin C dissolves Lead from the circulation, has an anti-viral effect, and assists in detoxification. All of Dr. Roberts’ cardiology patients take Vitamin C, as Vitamin C has been shown to blunt progression of vascular disease, and in individuals with mild to moderate plaque build-up, supplementation with Vitamin C at 1000 mg/day decreased 10 year event rate by 40-60%, and 10 year death rate by 43%. Vitamin C helps keep you alive. Click Vitamin C for Dr. Roberts’ review of 15 key articles on Vitamin C in heart disease.

Phosphatidyl Choline (PC), our most important Phospholipid, is of critical importance in Cholesterol Metabolism and cell membrane health. PC is a necessary co-factor in the process of Reverse Cholesterol Transport (transporting cholesterol out of the artery wall and back to the liver for elimination). Please see the Cholesterol Transport section for more information.

Alpha-Lipoic Acid serves as a universal antioxidant and “metabolic specialist”. ALA helps in heavy metal detoxification, improves insulin sensitivity and helps with neuropathy in diabetics, regenerates critical intracellular antioxidants, and works in both the cells and cell fluid. ALA is discussed in more detail in the medical topics section – click on Lipoic Acid.

There's a new group on Facebook for Cavadex users.  108 members have joined in 5 weeks, so could be an interesting place to read users' testimony.  It's a private group, so you have to be a member to read.

toenail fungus

Off topic, but: Look into the nail-polish-like lacquer drugs that you paint on if you haven't. I used Amorolfine 5%, applied once a week after filing the nails across the top to aid in penetration. It takes 9 months to a year but worked for me.

BTW guys, what we need to look at is what is coming out of the people being treated for Niemann Pick's.  I was under the impression that all NP patients were being treated intrathecally, since the compound doesn't cross the BBB.  Surprisingly, some NP patients are being dosed IV.  Surprises the heck out of me but it's true.  If we can find what issues those patients are having we would have a good handle on what to be worried about, because those patients are certainly getting significant doses of βCD.

Just approved today - Arimoclomol, sold under the brand name Miplyffa, is a medication for the treatment of Niemann–Pick disease type C. Will it work for sclerosis?
