Hello everyone, I have made tweaks to my regimen over the year and now believe I have something that is scientific and pragmatic in its approach to ageing. Your help will be invaluable.
I practice intermittent fasting and my supplement intake is based around my meal times.
First meal:
Metformin 500mg
Resveratrol 1000mg
B-complex
Acarbose
Second meal:
Metformin 500mg
Cod Liver Oil: 2 tablespoons
Vitamin D3: 10,000IU
Vitamin K2: 500mg
Third meal (green smoothie):
Astralagus 25g
Glycine 15g
Spirulina 25g
Any other suggestions? Only scientific critiques please!
